Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?
Absolutely! We ship our plants at the ideal stage for transplanting and include detailed cultivation guides with every order. Our plants are selected for their hardiness and ease of care.
What makes Green Joyful plants special?
Our plants come from our family nursery in Danville, where we give each plant the same attention we’d give our own garden. We’ve perfected our packaging techniques over 15 years to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired plants, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to create an account or check out as a guest.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your plants to you as soon as possible. Please email us immediately at [email protected] if you need to make changes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page, and we’ll send instructions to your registered email address.

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx in 10-15 days after processing (1-2 business days)
Free Economy Shipping: For orders over $50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 days after processing
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. Our packaging techniques ensure your plants arrive in perfect condition whether you’re in Paris, Texas or Paris, France.
How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our nursery. Standard Shipping includes real-time tracking updates.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Unpack your plants immediately and follow the included cultivation guide. Our plants are shipped at the ideal stage for transplanting.

Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption to protect all transactions, and we never store your full payment details on our servers.

Returns & Guarantees

What if my plants arrive damaged?
With our 98.7% successful delivery rate, this is rare. But if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos, and we’ll make it right.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. Plants must be in their original condition with all packaging materials. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Do you offer any guarantees on your plants?
We guarantee your plants will arrive healthy and ready to thrive. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue—because we want every Green Joyful plant to bring you happiness.
