Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Ornamental plants that have been planted
  • Any plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation that wasn’t present at shipment
  • Custom or special order items

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our horticulture team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package your return securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged plant or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item.

Exchange Policy

To exchange an item for a different plant variety:

  1. Follow the same process as a return
  2. Specify in your email which plant you’d like instead
  3. If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
