Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition with packaging and tags
- Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns for:
- Ornamental plants that have been planted
- Plants showing signs of disease or pest infestation not present at shipment
- Custom or special order items
How to Return or Exchange

- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return/exchange, and reason
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Package securely and ship to our provided address (we recommend trackable shipping)
- Processing: We’ll inspect your return and notify you about approval for refund/exchange

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Policy
To exchange for a different plant variety:
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your preferred replacement plant in your email
- Price differences will be adjusted (you’ll pay more or receive a refund for the difference)
- We cover shipping costs for replacement items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged plants or incorrect items:

- Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund without requiring return
